Everyone was very nice and the place was so beautiful. The grounds are well kept and the views breath taking. The resort itself is gorgeous. Highly recommend. We golfed the course and it was fantastic

We had dinner at the Harvest Tavern. Food was absolutely incredible! They brought out drinks for the kids as we sat down. The staff was so friendly, Adam exceptionally so. Let us know that there were free s'mores at the fire pit that night even though we were not staying at the hotel. So friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend this as a stop if you are in the area.

We had a great time here. The room was clean with a great view of the mountains. The staff was friendly. The Lobster cavatelli I had for dinner was super good. We had beautiful weather. We will definitely be back.

Wonderful hotel with so many great amenities and great service. Stayed for a girls weekend get away and it was perfect. The bed was so comfy and the staff was always available if we had any needs! Cant recommend enough. Also fascinating art work in the hallways

We just arrived for our final stay in our New England family vacation. The trip has been great until we arrived at the Mountain View Grand. We had reserved a king room with pullout sofa and a view. Our confirmation from our travel advisor specifically states it. Even after showing this to the hotel manager, they still stated our reservation did not include a view. They basically put us in a corner room where all the adjacent rooms can see directly into our room from their balcony and some angles windows. We have no view and have to keep our blinds completely down to have some privacy. I even asked if they can simply place us in a different room even if it didn’t have a view but was more private. We received the typical hotel response of “sorry but we are fully booked.” I rarely complain over petty things and just deal with it. However, as a matter of principle, we expect to get what we paid for or some kind of restitution should the hotel not be able to accommodate us.
